About There's been recent positive forward motion to make international licensing easier and more lucrative for independent entities. The European Commission is mandating what will be known as a "Pan European" system which will blur boarders and institute a "one-stop" licensing shop for international territories. Not everyone's happy, but it will create opportunity for the basis of this discussion of licensing music internationally...
