About There's been a movement over the past 3-5 years involving the emergence of European style boutique festivals across America. Some include: Virgin Mobile Fest, All Points West, Rothbury, The Monolith Festival, Outside Lands, and the Treasure Island Music Fest. From the traveling festivals prevalent in the early and mid-90's (Warped Tour, Ozzfest), to the stationary destination festivals of today, this panel will look closely at how festivals are evolving, what it will take for these new events to survive, and what newer concepts are still ahead.
